Purchases FAQ
How soon will you ship my Pokitto after purchase?
Units sold through the webshop are already existing units. We reserve maximum 10 days to process and ship your order. So depending on where you are in the world, it will take 2-3 weeks to get your Pokitto from purchase.
I have no PayPal account, how can I pay?
Don’t worry. PayPal Express Checkout allows you to pay with a credit card even if you have no PayPal Account.
Why is taxes added to my total? (EU)
We are required by law to collect and pay value added tax within EU. There are 28 different tax rates depending on the destination country. This is money that goes to your country, not us. We have tried to offset these costs by offering cheaper mail options inside EU.
Should I use untracked shipping? (EU)
We have had no problems at all with untracked mail inside EU. We are not obligated to reimburse lost mail, but even in the case of untracked mail we will see if we can help you out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. But only if we have not shipped it yet. If you want to cancel, contact us at pokitto@pokitto.com.
After I receive my purchase, can I get a refund?
Yes, but with some restrictions. If you are an EU citizen, you have a right for full refund for 14 days upon receiving your purchase. If you are not an EU citizen, your right for a refund depends on the reason for wanting a refund. In both cases you must notify us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
